How can you trust that any information you share with us is kept confidential?

Prorizon Corporation is a business-to-business firm, and as such, we owe our very existence to the integrity, confidentiality and professionalism which we collect and safeguard information. Whether you are a client, a prospective client or a casual browser of our site, please rest assured that Prorizon will do everything in its power to safeguard and protect any information you chose to share with us.

Prorizon is a member in good standing of InfraGard. Begun by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 1996 in response to a United States Executive Order, InfraGard is a cooperative effort between the public and private sectors to safeguard the integrity of critical information systems. Members have access to the InfraGard Alert Network regarding actual or attempted illegal intrusions, disruptions and vulnerabilities of information systems, and we share resources and information to protect against intrusion or threats to secure systems and communications. Members strive to adhere to the highest standards and maintain strict compliance with proprietary, legal and security requirements. Prorizon also uses Entrust.net digital certificates to enable the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to secure communications between Web browsers and our web site.

Our sole purpose in collecting data on any visitors to our site is to be able to better serve their needs, now and/ or in the future. We would never give or sell any personalized information about you, or your company to any outside party, without asking and receiving your permission to do so.

We reserve the right to aggregate blind data from visitors to our site to share with organizations and industry magazines relating to the composition, capabilities, concerns and desires of business leaders involved in purchasing, procurement, client-order-fulfillment and asset management.

Most all of the information collected on our website is business contact information obtained through a professional or company-to-company contact or from participation in one of our surveys or interactive features. This information is treated with the utmost respect and Prorizon would not reveal any identifying contact information on any party without that parties express permission. Customers, potential clients and browsers of our site are allowed to have control over the use of their information and/ or configure their relationship and interaction with us by expressing their desires and preferences. These can be expressed by contacting us or e-mailing us at privacy@prorizon.com

Privacy Notice
Prorizon knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice and our Conditions of Use describe our privacy policy. By visiting www.prorizon.com you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice and in our Conditions of Use.
The information we learn from prospective customers helps us personalize and continually improve the products and service offerings of Prorizon Corporation, as well as your browsing experience at www.prorizon.com .

Here are the types of information we gather:

· Information You Provide: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future offerings for you, improving our products and services, and communicating with you.

· Information Automatically Collected: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses www.prorizon.com

. A number of companies offer utilities designed to help you visit Web sites anonymously.

· E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from Prorizon if your computer supports such capabilities. We also compare our customer list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please contact us to communicate your communications preferences.

· Other Sources: For reasons such as improving personalization of our service (for example, additional white papers, Procurement Payback Analysis™ reports or special offers that we think will interest you), we might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. We also sometimes receive updated delivery and address information so that we can correct our records and deliver better value-added services more easily.

Our Policy Regarding Cookies:

· Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide better and more customized features.

· The "help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, cookies allow you to take full advantage of some of Prorizon's best features, and we recommend that you leave them turned on.

Sharing Information:

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. However we may provide information to certain parties under the following circumstances:

· Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

· Promotional Offers: Sometimes we may send offers to selected groups of Prorizon customers or visitors on behalf of certain organizations (The National Association of Purchasing managers, InfraGard, etc.). If we were to do this, we would not give that business your name and address. If you do not want to receive such offers, please contact us and adjust your communications preferences.

· Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy assets. In such transactions, customer and prospective customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that Prorizon Corporation or its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

· Protection of Prorizon: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Prorizon our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

· With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
