to cut a moat around the building to cut our access to the web.
The NOC is monitored 7x24x365 and each server contains fully redundant
power and operating systems. We employ triple Cisco® firewalls,
and extensive security that includes encryption and various password-protected
layers of data access and authorization. Our system also employs
multiple redundancy systems, to protect against disasters, power
outages etc.
Our operating systems and databases are backed up daily and retained
in fireproof facilities. We periodically will provide you with copies
of your data to reconcile accounting and to ensure that you always
have access to your data.
