So why is Prorizon's approach so cost-effective?

Up to now, organizations typically solved business process issues by acquiring more software. Often this was done without fully factoring in the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). The purchase of enterprise software is usually 20 - 30% of the real TCO. Add in exorbitant fees for:

  • Installation costs
  • maintenance renewals
  • interface charges
  • seat fees
  • training impacts
  • lengthy rollouts
  • day-to-day operations
These add-on costs make the ROI on this option nearly impossible to achieve. Prorizon's approach, "Use only what you need and pay only for what you use" makes more business sense. (Look here to see the comparison of a Traditional Software Purchase vs. Prorizon's Procurement Partnering.)

History of our

Nearly 10 years ago Prorizon pioneered a Business Process Methodology (BPM) called Procurement Partnering. We began by developing purchasing software that was immediately available on the Internet. Today the software approach is called SaaS - Software as a Service. Then we coupled the software with our Procurement Specialists, a team based environment to augment our customer's staff to maximize the BPM value. The interaction of the model ensures Control, Accountability, Visibility and Standardization, which are Prorizon's foundational pillars. Proactive control and dashboard visibility helps you drive real value through the organization.

This change in business management is one that's here to stay. It's a natural step forward in evolution like the old mainframe computers evolved to PC's, then PDA's (personal digital assistants) and now the all-in-one cell phone. The model frees your staff to perform high-value work to push the company forward instead of the daily routine work that consumes a company's productivity.
